Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: Yes, our minimum order is $300 at the prices listed on this website. However, you may purchase all of these prices at slightly higher on orders less than $300.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cashiers check, money order, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Q: Why do I have to be 18 to purchase fireworks?
A: This policy is in effect for several reasons. First, we do not believe younger children should have access to fireworks without adult supervision. Second, in order to be bound to our Terms and Conditions for fireworks purchases, you must be an adult. Minors cannot legally enter into contracts, and our Terms and Conditions become part of the contract between WAFireworks.com and you, the purchaser of fireworks.
Q: Do you deliver fireworks?
A: No. All merchandise sold is FOB Lummi Indian Nation. However, we can assist you in obtaining affordable shipping through our relationships with companies that will transport fireworks in the United States.
Q: Will the US Mail, FedEx or UPS to deliver fireworks?
A: US Mail and UPS will not ship fireworks of any kind. Federal Express will ship fireworks if you are Federally licensed to sell or use explosives or if you have a local permit for a fireworks display. We find it easier and less expensive to use trucking companies to deliver fireworks to our customers.
Q: Can't some novelties be shipped by the US Postal Service?
A: Yes. A limited number of smoke novelties and sparklers can be shipped through the US Postal Service. You can shop and order online here.
Q: How do I get my order?
A: Call the number in the email confirmation that you received to schedule a pickup, or we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
Q: My state/county/city does not allow fireworks. How is WA Fireworks able to sell fireworks to me without breaking the law?
A: As a seller of fireworks, we are required to comply with Federal law and the regulations of the Lummi Indian Nation. As a purchaser of fireworks, you have the responsibility for following your State and local laws.
Q: Do you notify my State or local authorities before you ship fireworks to me?
A: No. We are not required to notify any authority regarding the sale or shipment of fireworks. The same goes for the trucking companies we use.
Q: What verification does WA Fireworks do to verify that it is legal for me to buy fireworks and/or have them shipped to my address?
A: None. As part of our Terms and Conditions, you agree to follow all Federal, State, and local laws as a condition of ordering with us. We have no way to verify whether you can legally receive, obtain, store or use the products you order. The responsibility for making that determination remains with you.
Q: How likely is it that my order would be confiscated by State or local authorities before it is delivered to me?
A: It is unusual for this to happen, but not unheard of. Contact us if you need more information. For this reason alone, we strongly recommend that you pickup your order in person. If you are shipping, you can have it shipped to a freight terminal in a fireworks friendlier area.
Q: If the State or local police confiscate my fireworks, why won't you refund my money?
A: At the time you purchased your fireworks from us, you stated that you were legal to possess, use or store them. In short, we won't refund your money if your fireworks are confiscated.
